PlanTo3D provides architectural workflow software and optional cloud analysis services. This policy explains the information we process when you use our website, plugin, and related services.

Information we collect

We may process account and contact information, purchase and license records, product diagnostics you choose to share, and architectural plan files submitted to cloud analysis. Payment card details are securely handled by Paddle as our payment provider and merchant of record and are not stored by PlanTo3D.

How information is used

Information is used to operate and secure the service, provide cloud analysis, fulfill purchases, maintain licenses, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability.

Cloud analysis

When you request cloud analysis, the selected plan and necessary settings may be transmitted to contracted infrastructure and AI service providers solely to fulfill the request. Do not submit information you are not authorized to process.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, security, and support. We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting us. Some transaction and legal records may need to be retained.
